An Issuer applying to be listed in AIX must complete and deliver to AIX Registrar an application in the prescribed form, together with:

• The signed Registry Services Agreement;
• The signed Account Opening Form;
• The documents requested by Issuers and Regulation Compliance for conducting due diligence
• Any other information which the Applicant thinks may be relevant to AIX Registrar when considering the application.
