Members should familiarize themselves with the AIX Business Rules, AIX CSD Business Rules and AIX Market Maker Registration and Supervision Procedures, to ensure that they are in compliance with the relevant eligibility requirements.

A Trading Member that intends to act as a Market Maker should meet Eligibility Criteria set out in AIX Market Maker Registration and Supervision Procedures

A Trading Member that intends to act as a Market Maker should submit Market Maker Application Form and contact Market Operations Team to discuss assessment requirements and applicable conditions.

Following receipt and review of the Member application, the AIX Regulation Team determines whether clarifications or further documents are required.

Pass Functional Trading Assessment Test and Connectivity Assessment by AIX as per the details provided in the AIX Market Maker Registration and Supervision Procedures.

Once your assessment arrangements are finalized and the AIX Regulation Team is satisfied that the applicant meets the qualification requirements, AIX will countersign the Market Maker Agreement and you will be registered to act as a Market Maker on AIX.
